  • The warranty claim will only be accepted if the Customer provides sufficient documentary evidence to fully demonstrate that the only cause of the fault or non-conformity in the Modules is a breach of the Limited Product Warranty and/or the Limited Peak Power Warranty.

  • This "Limited Product Warranty" does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under clause 2 hereinafter ("Limited Peak Power Warranty" ).
