Insolvency Action With respect to any Person, the taking by such Person of any action resulting in an Insolvency Event, other than solely under clause (g) of the definition thereof.
Curator means any person who is authorized to act under letters of curatorship granted or signed and sealed by a Master, or under an endorsement made under section seventy-two;
