Line Extension Agreement definition

Line Extension Agreement means a line extension agreement, main extension agreement, collection main extension agreement, plant expansion agreement, water service agreement, wastewater service agreement or any other similar agreement that is subject to A.A.C. R14-2-406 or A.A.C. R14-2-606 as amended from time to time, and any amendments, modifications or addenda thereto.
Line Extension Agreement means a line extension agreement, main extension agreement, collection main extension agreement, plant expansion agreement, water service agreement, or any similar or other agreement under which either one of the Company is a patty in its capacity as a water utility service provider and that is subject to AAC R14-2-406,
Line Extension Agreement means a contract between the Owner- Developer and MW&L pursuant to which the Owner-Developer installs a Base Water or Base Electric System.
