Linear Basket Note definition

Linear Basket Note means a Note for which “Type of Credit Linked Notes” is specified as “Linear Basket” in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

  • The likelihood of a Credit Event occurring in respect of any of the Reference Entities referenced by a Linear Basket Note will differ for each Reference Entity and prospective investors should conduct their own analysis of the credit risk of each of the multiple Reference Entities for the relevant Linear Basket Note.
