Linear Service definition

Linear Service means a Service that is provisioned without any network redundancy, being either route diversity or customer device redundancy;
Linear Service or 'television broadcast' means the transmission by any means, in unencoded or encoded form and in chronological sequence, of various programmes which are transmitted simoultaneously to an indeterminate number of potential viewers, at a point in time decided upon by the media service provider, according to a fixed programming schedule;
Linear Service means the linear channel named in the Basic Terms which is broadcast in the Territory via the medium set out in the Deal Terms and is wholly owned, operated and controlled by the Licensee. Licensed Programme Rights: the rights described as Licensed Rights in the Deal Terms and further defined herein.
