Interconnection Service definition

Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Termination or Default of this Agreement for any reason by the Developer shall not constitute a waiver of the Developer’s legal rights to obtain Capacity Resource Interconnection Service and Energy Resource Interconnection Service from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with the provisions of the ISO OATT.

More Definitions of Interconnection Service

Interconnection Service means the service provided by the Transmission Service Provider associated with interconnecting the generating facility to the transmission system and enabling it to receive electric energy and capacity from the
Interconnection Service means the service provided by the Transmission Service Provider associated with interconnecting the generating facility to the transmission system and enabling it to receive electric energy and capacity from the generating facility at the point of interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the generator interconnection agreement and, if applicable, the tariff.
Interconnection Service means the services provided by Seller to interconnect the Purchased Assets with the T&D System, such services being at least equivalent to that which the Seller currently provides to the Purchased Assets. Intercon­nection Service shall not mean the provision of capacity or energy, transmission service, ancillary services, or any other service which are available or required under any NYPP agreement, the ISO Tariff or Seller's Open Access Transmission Tariff, or any retail wheeling tariff, including any distribution service tariff or contract, in each case as amended from time to time.
Interconnection Service means service provided by an interconnecting public utility to an interconnection customer.
Interconnection Service means service to an electric customer under which an on site generating facility on a customer’s premises shall be connected to the local distribution facilities and is the same meaning set forth in 16 U.S.C. 2621(d)(15).
