Liquidity Interest Rate definition

Liquidity Interest Rate means, in respect of a Liquidity Drawing, the interest rate calculated in accordance with clause 6.2.
Liquidity Interest Rate means the yield to be paid on Liquidity Advances. The Liquidity Interest Rate shall be equal to either (a) the sum of: (i) LIBOR and (ii) 0.625%, or (b) the Alternate Borrowing Rate, as selected in accordance with Section 2.02.

"Origination Date" means the first day of the Interest Period. "Reference Rate" means the rate announced by Bank from time to time at its corporate headquarters as its Reference Rate. The Reference Rate is an index rate determined by Bank from time to time as a means of pricing certain extensions of credit and is neither directly tied to any external rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest charged by Bank at any given time.
