The List of Hazards will accompany the consultant’s written report but is sepa- rate from the written report to the em- ployer.Offsite consultation means the provi- sion of consultative assistance on occu- pational safety and health issues away from an employer’s worksite by such means as telephone and correspond- ence, and at locations other than the employer’s worksite, such as the con- sultation project offices.
As a condition for receiving the consultation service, the employer must agree to post the List of Hazards accompanying the consultant’s written report, and to notify affected employ- ees when hazards are corrected.

If there is a delay in producing the Written Report, which includes the List of Hazards, a separate List of Hazards report must be produced within a reasonable period of time (not greater than 20 calendar days) after the closing conference.
While in most instances this will entail posting a hard copy of the List of Hazards, posting by electronic means is acceptable in cases where electronic transmission is the employer's normal means of providing notices to employees and each employee is equipped with an electronic communication device.
Employers must prominently post the new List of Hazards for a minimum of three (3) working days or until the hazards are corrected, whichever is later.
