  • The General Terms and Conditions and the List of Tolls apply to this Toll Schedule and are by reference made part hereof.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Criminal background check means a state criminal background check and a national criminal history check through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

  • Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18 hereof.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Severe forms of trafficking in persons means— (1) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or

  • Department of Transportation (DOT) means United States Department of Transportation.
