Listed Inspection Service definition

Listed Inspection Service means an Inspection Service which has been accepted by the JSC pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 7;

  • Each Party shall ensure that its Listed Inspection Service operates a PIC/S GMP inspection system, as demonstrated by PIC/S membership or adherence to any other equivalent standard as the JSC may determine based on the recommendations of the Panel of Experts.

  • In the event of a complaint by an NDRA with relevant written justifications, regarding the technical competence of a Listed Inspection Service, the JSC shall proceed with the review of the complaint.

  • Based on the outcome of the assessment of the Panel of Experts, the JSC shall decide on the course of action to be taken against the Listed Inspection Service, including withdrawal or termination of the Inspection Service.

  • The technical requirements that the Parties shall apply to the Listed Inspection Service in the inspection and certification of manufacturers of medicinal products to GMP are specified in Article 10 of this Sectoral MRA.

  • Each Party shall ensure that its Listed Inspection Service maintains a Quality System in compliance with the current PIC/S Quality System Requirements for Pharmaceutical Inspectorates.

  • Member States except those which have deferred the discharge of its obligation, shall accept and recognise the GMP certificates and/or inspection reports of a Listed Inspection Service.

  • Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.

  • Monitoring System means a system established by BNY to fulfill the Responsibilities specified in clauses (d) and (e) of Section 1 of Article III of this Agreement.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Information Service is the offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
