Licensed dealer means a person who is federally licensed under 18 U.S.C. Sec. 923(a).
Wholesaler means any person, other than a vintner, brewer or bottler of beer or wine, who shall sell, barter, exchange, offer for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, deal or traffic in alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A wholesaler shall not sell for consumption upon the premises.
End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
Wholesale dealer means any dealer who deals in, or who holds a licence under any law to deal in, as the case may be, wholesale quantities of goods, and the business and stock of a wholesale dealer shall be deemed to include the business and stocks of any retail dealer who conducts business on the same premises on which the wholesale dealer conducts his or her business; and
Distributor means a person who distributes.
Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

Dealer-operator means the individual who works at the established place of business of a dealer
Vehicle dealer means a person engaged in the business of buying, selling, or exchanging a vehicle as defined in Subsection (138).
End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
Telemarketer means any person who, in connection with telemarketing, initiates or receives telephone calls to or from a customer or donor.
Renminbi Dealer means an independent foreign exchange dealer of international repute active in the Renminbi exchange market in Hong Kong reasonably selected by the Issuer.
Scrap metal dealer means a person or governmental unit that buys scrap metal and is not a first purchaser. The term includes, but is not limited to, a person, whether or not licensed under state law or local ordinance, that operates a business as a scrap metal recycler, scrap processor, secondhand and junk dealer, or other person that purchases any amount of scrap metal on a regular, sporadic, or 1-time basis.
Pesticide dealer means any person, other than a pesticide wholesaler, distributing
Retail dealer means a person engaged in the business of storing and dispensing motor fuel from a motor fuel pump for sale on a retail basis, regardless of whether the motor fuel pump is located at a retail motor fuel site including a permanent or mobile location.
Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.
Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.
End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
Soliciting Dealers means those broker-dealers that are members of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or that are exempt from broker-dealer registration, and that, in either case, enter into participating broker or other agreements with the Dealer Manager to sell Shares.
wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;
OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Telemarketing means any plan, program, or campaign which is conducted to induce the purchase of goods or services by use of one or more telephones, and which involves a telephone call, whether or not covered by the Telemarketing Sales Rule.
Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.
Dealer Manager means Realty Capital Securities, LLC, or such other Person selected by the Board of Directors to act as the dealer manager for the Offering.
Reference Dealers means leading dealers, banks or banking corporations, which deal in the TRY/USD exchange market, selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner;
Dealer Manager Fee means the fee from the sale of Shares in a Primary Offering, payable to the Dealer Manager for serving as the dealer manager of such Primary Offering.
