Live Operation Date definition

Live Operation Date means the date on which the KEPSS starts live operation for and in respect of all its operations, and Settlement is undertaken on a real time basis.
Live Operation Date means the date on which MACSS starts live operation for and in respect of all its operations, and Settlement is undertaken on a real time basis.

Related to Live Operation Date

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Testing Date means 31 December of each year.

  • Affiliation period means a period which, under the terms of the health insurance coverage offered

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Bid Opening Date means the date the Bid is opened by the City.

  • Retention Period means the minimum time that must pass after the creation, recording, or receipt of a record, or the fulfillment of certain actions associated with a record, before it is eligible for destruction.
