Business Co-operatives definition

Business Co-operatives means a co-operative trading company established through the Co- operative Development Unit of the Department of Trade and Industry and incorporated under the Co-operatives Act, 1981 (Act No. 91 of 1981);
Business Co-operatives means a co-operative trading company established through the Co-operative Development Unit of the Department of Trade and Industry and incorporated under the Co-operatives Act No. 14 of 2005

  • food business operator means the natural or legal persons responsible for ensuring that the requirements of food law are met within the food business under their control;
