LLC Equipment definition

LLC Equipment means the Equipment owned by LLC pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • LLC shall bear the cost of all Equipment for use outside the Theatres, as well as Equipment installed in the Theatres for maintenance purposes (if any) (a description of such LLC Equipment installed in the Theatres is included in the Specification Documentation; which may be amended by mutual written agreement of the Parties) and the Software.

  • During such conversion, FM shall be responsible for connecting the Equipment, including LLC Equipment, to the FM Equipment in a functional manner as mutually agreed by FM and LLC.

  • LLC shall continue to be responsible for maintaining the Equipment, including the LLC Equipment and any remaining Low Resolution Projection Systems in use at such Digitized Theatre, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as identified on Schedules 2, 3 and 4.

  • LLC shall be obligated to restore all premises from which LLC Property is removed pursuant to this section to their previous condition, excluding reasonable wear and tear and any other improvements or material alterations to such premises as may have been approved by the Parties in connection with installation of LLC Equipment or operation of the Service and shall repair any damage to the premises as a result of such removal.

  • If Cinemark assumes this responsibility to perform replacement or repair but fails to maintain the Cinemark Equipment at a performance level substantially similar to the LLC Equipment, then LLC shall promptly provide Cinemark written notice of such failure and if such failure is not cured within 30 days, LLC shall be entitled to repair, or if repair is not reasonably possible, replace such LLC Equipment not so maintained and deduct the cost of such replacement from Cinemark’s Theatre Access Fees.

  • During such conversion, Cinemark shall be responsible for connecting the Equipment, including LLC Equipment, to the Cinemark Equipment in a functional manner as mutually agreed by Cinemark and LLC.

Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Existing Equipment means any items of existing plant or equipment owned or controlled by either Pur- chaser or End-User upon which Supplier is required to perform Services.

It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.
