Load Line Convention definition

Load Line Convention means the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, as amended by the Protocol of 1988 relating thereto and as otherwise be amended by the IMO;
Load Line Convention means the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966 as may, from time to time, be amended;
Load Line Convention means the “1966 Convention” as defined in section 227 (1);

Load Line Convention means the International Convention on Load Lines done at London on 5 April 1966, including any annexes, regulations, codes and protocols which are issued in terms thereof; as modified by any amendment made under Article 29 of that Convention that has entered into force for the Republic as contemplated in section 448;
