Sepracor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Contract Manufacturer manufactures, packages, labels, stores, and ships the Products in accordance with (i) the Packaging Requirements, the cost of such packaging to be included in the Fully Loaded Manufacturing Cost of the Products, (ii) cGMPs, and (iii) the Specifications set forth in the NDA.
