Product Group definition

Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
Product Group or “the Group” means the group of lotteries that has joined together to offer the Mega Millions lottery game product pursuant to the terms of its Cross- Selling Agreement with the Mega Millions Lotteries, the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
Product Group means a set of products that serve similar purposes and are similar in terms of use, or have similar functional properties, and are similar in terms of consumer perception;

  • Prices for new Products added during the Contract period shall be based on the MSRP and the discount shown on the Product Group Discount Sheet for the applicable Group, Manufacturer/Brand, Ammunition Specification (for Groups 7, 8, and 9), and current Contract term (initial or renewal term).

  • All products offered for a Manufacturer/Brand within each awarded Product Group (Groups 1-6) shall be available for purchase by Customers at the applicable discount provided within the Product Group Discount Sheet.
