Loading areas definition

Loading areas means all of the approaches and designated areas of any float, when suitably posted and marked, are to be used only by the general public, without charge, for the purpose of loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and stores.
Loading areas. “Loading Areas” means those approaches and designated areas of any float or dock that are posted and marked for use by the general public for the purpose of loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and stores.
