Loan and Reimbursement Obligations definition

Loan and Reimbursement Obligations means, at the time of determination, with respect to the Lender Obligations, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal Dollar Equivalent amount of the Loans then outstanding, plus (b) the Letter of Credit Exposure.
Loan and Reimbursement Obligations means the Guaranteed Obligations now existing or hereafter occurring, including interest and fees that accrue after the commencement of any proceeding under any debtor relief laws, regardless of whether such interest and fees are allowed claims in such proceeding.
