Local Authority Partners means the parties to this Agreement
Local Authority Partners means Lancashire County Council, Blackpool Council and Xxxxxxxxx with Darwen Borough Council.

  • JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Host Authority means the local authority appointed by the Parties under these arrangements to lead on a specified matter or function as set out in paragraphs 14 and 19.
