Examples of Franchising Authority in a sentence
If the Franchising Authority determines that it is necessary for it to employ separate counsel, the costs for such separate counsel shall be the responsibility of the Franchising Authority.
By execution of this Agreement, the Company and the Franchising Authority acknowledge the validity of the terms and conditions of this Agreement under applicable law in existence on the Effective Date and pledge that they will not assert in any manner at any time or in any forum that this Agreement, the Franchise, or the processes and procedures pursuant to which this Agreement was entered into and the Franchise was granted are not consistent with the applicable law in existence on the Effective Date.
Subject to Section 626 of the Cable Act (47 U.S.C. § 546) and such terms and conditions as may lawfully be established by the Franchising Authority, the Franchising Authority reserves the right to grant or deny renewal of the Franchise.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to impair the contractual rights of the Franchising Authority or the Company under this Agreement.
The Company and the Franchising Authority shall fulfill their obligations and exercise their rights under this Agreement in a reasonable manner and in good faith.
