Local Currency Dedicated Account definition

Local Currency Dedicated Account means the account referred to in Part D.1(a) of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Local Currency Dedicated Account means the account referred to in Part D.1(b) of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Local Currency Dedicated Account means the account referred to in Part D.1(a) of Section II of Schedule.

  • The Borrower, within thirty (30) days after the withdrawal of the Loan from the Loan Account, shall report to the Bank: (a) the exact sum received into the Local Currency Dedicated Account; and (b) the record that said exact sum has been accounted for in the Borrower’s budget management systems.
