Local Entities definition

Local Entities means the partnership, corporation, or other legal entity in which OCT has a controlling interest and such legal entity is certified to provide Services in the particular geographic area.
Local Entities defined in the opening paragraph hereof, are Ouachita, Monroe, West Monroe, OEDC and I-20 EDC.
Local Entities means the following provinces, autonomous regions, directly-administered municipalities and cities of the Borrower, and "Local Entity" means any of the Local Entities:

Examples of Local Entities in a sentence

  • Additional State Agencies and Local Entities that are not listed on Exhibit A may purchase from the awarded Contractor the commodities and services listed for the INDOT district in which they are located at that district’s QPA price upon mutual agreement between both parties.

Related to Local Entities

  • Local entity means any city, county, city and county, or joint powers authority within the state within whose jurisdiction a State Video Franchise Holder may provide Video Service.6

  • Tribal Entity means a federally-recognized tribal entity performing tribal governmental functions and eligible for funding and services from the U.S. Department of Interior by virtue of its status as an Indian tribe.
