The FJC Unit and Local Jobs First Commissioner will not duplicate the legislated responsibility of regulators, such as the Fair Work Ombudsman, the Fair Work Commission and WorkSafe Victoria, nor will they replace the functions of Victorian Government agencies and their contract managers.
