Lockdown Period definition

Lockdown Period has the meaning set forth in Exhibit K (Project Schedule).
Lockdown Period shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.13(l).
Lockdown Period means the period from 23h59 on 26 March 2020 until 23h59 on 16 April 2020;

Related to Lockdown Period

  • Buydown Period The period of time when a Buydown Agreement is in effect with respect to a related Buydown Mortgage Loan.
