Lockup Periods definition

Lockup Periods has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)(v) below.

Lockup Periods means the lockup periods set forth in the letter agreements by and among the Company, the Sponsor and the Company’s officers, directors and initial shareholder, as described in the Prospectus.
