Dividend Periods definition

Dividend Periods means the Initial Dividend Period and each subsequent quarterly dividend period commencing on and including January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Dividend Period, other than the Dividend Period during which any Class B Preferred Stock shall be redeemed pursuant to Section 5 hereof, which shall end on and include the Call Date with respect to the Class B Preferred Stock being redeemed.
Dividend Periods means the Initial Dividend Period and each subsequent quarterly dividend period commencing on and including March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15 of each year and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Dividend Period, other than the Dividend Period during which any Class Q Preferred Stock shall be redeemed pursuant to Section 5 hereof, which shall end on and include the Redemption Date with respect to the Class Q Preferred Stock being redeemed.
