The 2017-18 outstanding Assessments for each of the three Lot Types are $21,317, $16,414 and $13,856 for Lot Type 1, Lot Type 2 and Lot Type 3 lots, respectively, based on the current total outstanding Assessments ($4,395,869), the total Equivalent Units excluding prepaid lots (206.21) and the Equivalent Unit factors described in the Service and Assessment Plan.

This hierarchy of value (from Lot Type 1 representing the highest value to Lot Type 3 representing the lowest value) is set forth in Table II-E-1 on the following page for the Phase One lots.
The Service and Assessment Plan identified equivalent units for each lot in each Lot Type as follows: Lot Type 1 Lots 1.00 per dwelling unit Lot Type 2 Lots 0.77 per dwelling unit Lot Type 2 Lots 0.65 per dwelling unit The equivalent unit factors are the ratio of the Assessments as allocated to each lot in each property class.
Phase Two As of July 31, 2021, one Lot Type 1 Parcel (264943), one Lot Type 2 Parcel (Parcel 264367) and three Lot Type 3 Parcels (Parcels 264008, 264011 and 264062) were prepaid in full within Phase Two of the PID.
