Lower Manhattan means the area of New York County consisting of the area to the south of and within Fourteenth Street.
Borrower Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

Administrative authority means the state or local official responsible for the administration and enforcement of this act.
CCCFA means the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
Trunk Side means the Central Office Switch connection that is capable of, and has been programmed to treat the circuit as connecting to another switching entity (for example another Central Office Switch). Trunk-Side connections offer those transmission and signaling features appropriate for the connection of switching entities and cannot be used for the direct connection of ordinary telephone station sets.
Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.
Local Street means an open (traversable) right-of-way that is not identified in Schedule E of the most recent City of Winnipeg Streets By-law No. 1481/77 (i.e. not a Regional Street);
PURCHASE AUTHORITY means the officer signing the acceptance of tender and shall include any officer who has authority to execute the relevant contract on behalf of the purchaser.

Road authority means each governmental agency with jurisdiction over public streets and highways. Collection agency means a person that is directly engaged in collecting or attempting to collect a claim owed or due or asserted to be owed or due another, or repossessing or attempting to repossess a thing of value owed or due or asserted to be owed or due another person, arising out of an expressed or implied agreement. Collection agency includes an individual who, in the course of collecting, repossessing, or attempting to collect or repossess, represents himself or herself as a collection or repossession agency, or a person that performs collection activities that are regulated under article 9 of the occupational code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.901 to 339.920. Collection agency includes a person that furnishes or attempts to furnish a form or a written demand service that is represented to be a collection or repossession technique, device, or system to be used to collect or repossess claims, if the form contains the name of a person other than the creditor in a manner that indicates that a request or demand for payment is being made by a person other than the creditor even though the form directs the debtor to make payment directly to the creditor rather than to the other person whose name appears on the form. Collection agency includes a person that uses a fictitious name or the name of another in the collection or repossession of claims to convey to the debtor that a third person is collecting or repossessing or has been employed to collect or repossess the claim.
Public-Side Information means information that does not constitute material non-public information (within the meaning of United States federal, state or other applicable securities laws) with respect to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Securities.
Public Side Lender Representatives means, with respect to any Lender, representatives of such Lender that do not wish to receive MNPI.
State fire marshal means the chief officer of the division of fire protection as described in Iowa Code section 100.1 or one authorized to act in the state fire marshal’s absence.
