The Interim Loan shall be evidenced by a note (the “Interim Loan Note”) issued by the Borrower to the Trust pursuant to the Applicable Authority in form and substance satisfactory to the Trust and otherwise as hereinafter provided.

Contractor shall keep and make available to Owner such books and records during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years thereafter or such greater period as may be required under Applicable Authority.
