Loyalty Addition definition

Loyalty Addition means the amount that is calculated and payable in accordance with Section 2 of Part C.
Loyalty Addition means the addition of amount at periodical intervals in the Regular Premium Fund Value, as detailed in Section 5c) below.

  • In addition to the Maturity Paid-up Sum Assured, Loyalty Addition, if any, shall also be payable on maturity.

  • Capital Addition means, with respect to any Property, any renovation, repair or improvement to such Property, the cost of which constitutes a Capital Expenditure.

Furthermore, Annual Additions include contributions paid or accrued after December 31, 1985, for taxable years ending after December 31, 1985, attributable to post-retirement medical benefits allocated to the separate account of a key employee (as defined in Code Section 419A(d)(3)) under a welfare benefit fund (as defined in Code Section 419(e)) maintained by the Employer.

  • Flood-related erosion area management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood-related erosion damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood-related erosion control works and floodplain management regulations.

Upon termination of Executive’s employment for justifiable cause, this Agreement shall terminate immediately and Executive shall not be entitled to any amounts or benefits hereunder other than such portion of Executive’s annual base salary and reimbursement of expenses pursuant to Section 5 hereof as have been accrued through the date of his termination of employment.
