A rollover contribution is not an Annual Addition under Part 2 of Article III.
If, at any time during a Plan Year, the allocation of any additional Contributions would produce an excess Annual Addition for such year, Contributions to be made for the remainder of the Plan Year shall be limited to the amount needed for each affected Participant to receive the maximum Annual Addition.
The Annual Addition for any Limitation Year beginning before 1987, shall not be re-computed to treat all Employee contributions as Annual Additions.
The Compensation limitation referred to in (b) shall not apply to any contribution for medical benefits [within the meaning of Code Section 401(h) or Code Section 419A(f)(2)] which is otherwise treated as an Annual Addition under Code Sections 415(l)(1) or 419(d)(2).
