Lunch Area definition

Lunch Area. To include cabinets (with plastic laminate (Office) finish, concealed hinges and pulls), sink, microwave oven, refrigerator (self- defrosting/18 cu. ft. min.), and dishwasher. Men's Office/ - To include a minimum of two (2) water closets, 1 Restrooms urinal and 1 sink.

  • Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to, or loss of, property or injury to persons in or upon the Lunch Area from any cause whatsoever and agrees that the Landlord Parties shall not be liable for, and are hereby released from any responsibility for, any damage either to person or property or resulting from the loss of use thereof, which damage is sustained by Tenant or by other persons claiming through Tenant, except due to Landlord's negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Tenant shall be fully responsible for the remainder of the TI Completion Cost ("Tenant's Contribution"), including, without limitation, TI Completion Costs for the Lunch Area.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.
