Work area definition

Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
Work area means the area shown outlined on the attached maps;
Work area means the area that the certified renovator establishes to contain the dust and debris generated by a renovation.

  • In unusual situations, the Employer may request an employee who is not on a particular Work Area Specific Casual List to work in that work area.

Work area means a discrete functional or geographical part of the Company's operations. The determination of a work area is by reference to the management structure and accountabilities, award/agreement classification and/or union coverage.
