M&A Committee has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
M&A Committee means the mergers and acquisitions committee of the Board of Directors, which is comprised of Messrs. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Chair), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇;
