Vending machine means a self-service device that, upon insertion of a coin, paper currency, token, card, or key, or by optional manual operation, dispenses unit servings of food in bulk or in packages without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation.
ticket machine means an apparatus of a type and design approved by the Secretary of State for Transport for the purpose, inter alia of this Order, being apparatus designed to indicate the time by a clock and to issue parking tickets to show that a payment has been made of an amount or for a period specified thereon and which specify the date and either the time of such payment or the time at which the vehicle must leave the parking place;
Slot machine means a mechanical or electronic gambling game device into which a player may deposit currency or forms of cashless wagering and from which certain numbers of credits are awarded when a particular configuration of symbols or events is displayed on the machine.
Facsimile machine means a machine that can send and receive a facsimile transmission.
Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).
Machine means the machines/ equipment/software/accessories as detailed at Annexure-A.
Voting machine means a machine designed for the sole purpose of

Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

Undeliverable address means an address to which the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC is not able to deliver an assessment of the Tax Administrator, except when the reason for non-delivery is because the addressee fails to acknowledge or accept the assessment.
Envelope is a portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy that is designated for a specific use. There are four Envelopes in the Estimated Provincial Subsidy as follows:
