Main Policy definition

Main Policy means or refers to the Policy to which this Rider Policy is annexed/attached thereto;

Examples of Main Policy in a sentence

  • Policyholder has the option to alter the premium frequency of the Main Policy and the Rider Policy.

  • However, the premium frequency for Main Policy and Rider Policy shall be the same.

  • The Premium Payment Frequency of the Rider cannot be changed independently from the Main Policy.

  • In case of lapsed Rider, the same can be revived in accordance to the procedure laid under the Main Policy.

  • However the Rider Policy can be assigned jointly with the Main Policy as per section 38 of the Insurance Act, 1938 as amended from time to time.

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • HMG Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division) as updated from time to time.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at the Company’s Website regarding best execution when executing client orders;

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • R&W Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15.

  • Security Policy means the Authority’s Security Policy annexed to Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) as updated from time to time.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.
