Maintenance Fee Rate definition

Maintenance Fee Rate shall have the meaning specified in the Pricing Letter.
Maintenance Fee Rate means a rate equal to the Index Rate plus [__]%.
Maintenance Fee Rate means a rate equal to [***]%.
