Maintenance Services definition

Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Maintenance Services means the general maintenance of the Platform and Hosted Services, and the application of Updates and Upgrades;

Maintenance Services means routine maintenance, repair and replacement of existing facilities, structures, buildings or real property.

• The Directive Letter will state that it is issued under this Section 10.1.1.2, will describe the Maintenance Services in question and will state the basis for determining compensation, if any.

More Definitions of Maintenance Services

Maintenance Services with regard to this Sell On Premise Distribution Model means SAP Delivered Support. "Open Ecosystem Partner" with regard to this Sell On Premise Distribution Model means any person or entity to which Distributor markets and distributes certain Software and who then markets and distributes the Software to End Users in connection with the “Sell On Premise Open Ecosystem Model”; a list of available open ecosystem sell partners is displayed on SAP’s partner-dedicated website under “Open Ecosystem Partners”.

Maintenance Services means the maintenance services as described in this Agreement and in the MSLA.
