No Major Customer or supplier has notified the Company of plans to terminate or materially alter its business relations with the Business, either as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise, or to enter bankruptcy or liquidate.
No Acquired Company has any pending material dispute with any Major Customer.
