Network Customer definition

Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Network Resource - Any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer for the purpose of using Network Integration Transmission Service.
