Major distribution and logistics facility means a proposed distribution center that meets all of the following:

  • Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.

  • Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;

  • Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Net Load means the difference between the load of a given substance as calculated from a sample taken of the discharge and the load of the same substance in a sample taken at the intake which supplies water to given process.   • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Distribution Business means the business of operating and maintaining a distribution system for supplying electricity in the area of supply of the Distribution Licensee;

  • Capital Distribution means a payment made, liability incurred or other consideration given by a Company to any Person that is not a Company, (a) for the purchase, acquisition, redemption, repurchase, payment or retirement of any capital stock or other equity interest of such Company, or (b) as a dividend, return of capital or other distribution (other than any stock dividend, stock split or other equity distribution payable only in capital stock or other equity of such Company) in respect of such Company’s capital stock or other equity interest.

  • Distribution Licensee means a licensee authorised to operate and maintain a distribution system for supplying electricity to the consumers in his area of supply;
