Major Equipment definition

Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.
Major Equipment means all generation equipment and components required for the Facility to achieve Commercial Operation by the Commercial Operation Date Deadline.
Major Equipment has the meaning set forth in Exhibit I.

Examples of Major Equipment in a sentence

  • If Buyer fails to exercise such option timely and pay the Buy Down Payment Refund to Seller, then Seller shall, as its exclusive remedy, be entitled to sell the output of all the Net Energy delivered from such Additional Equipment to any Person free of any claims by ▇▇▇▇▇, provided that such Additional Equipment is separately metered from the Major Equipment that was initially installed as part of the Facility as of the Buy Down Date.

  • Unless itemized in the budget approved by the Department, purchase of each item of Major Equipment shall require prior written approval of the Department.

  • This restriction on the purchase of Major Equipment does not include the lease or rental of Major Equipment.

  • That invoice must also include the location, including street address, where the Major Equipment will be used during the term of this Agreement.

  • All items of Major Equipment to be procured with funds from this Agreement shall be itemized in the budget of this Agreement to the extent possible.


More Definitions of Major Equipment

Major Equipment means equipment set forth on Schedule #1.
Major Equipment means solar panels and inverters, including, if applicable, direct current module optimizers.
Major Equipment means a motorcoach or over-the-road bus, a school bus, a passenger vessel or small passenger vessel, or a pilotage vessel, consistent with the other definitions in this section.
Major Equipment means the photovoltaic modules, mounting Solar PV System hardware, and the inverter(s), and such other equipment as identified on the “List of Major Equipment” annexed hereto as Schedule #1.
Major Equipment means the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Electrical Distribution System, the Mill’s steam generation and distribution system serving the Carbon Plant and the Mill’s Filtered Water and Fire Water distribution systems serving the Carbon Plant.
Major Equipment shall be as defined in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A). “Major Equipment Warranties” shall be as defined in Section 7.4.
