Supplier Equipment definition

Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
Supplier Equipment means the Suppliers hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
Supplier Equipment. - means any Equipment used by the Supplier to provide any of the Services to the Customer other than CPE or the Customer Equipment;

Examples of Supplier Equipment in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall not deliver any Supplier Equipment nor begin any work on the Customer Premises without obtaining Approval.

  • The Supplier shall maintain all Supplier Equipment within the Sites and/or the Customer Premises in a safe, serviceable and clean condition.

  • The Supplier shall be solely responsible for the cost of carriage of the Supplier Equipment to the Sites and/or any Customer Premises, including its off-loading, removal of all packaging and all other associated costs.

  • Likewise on the Call Off Expiry Date the Supplier shall be responsible for the removal of all relevant Supplier Equipment from the Sites and/or any Customer Premises, including the cost of packing, carriage and making good the Sites and/or the Customer Premises following removal.

  • Where a failure of Supplier Equipment or any component part of Supplier Equipment causes X or more Service Failures in any Y Month period, the Supplier shall notify the Customer in writing and shall, at the Customer’s request (acting reasonably), replace such Supplier Equipment or component part thereof at its own cost with a new item of Supplier Equipment or component part thereof (of the same specification or having the same capability as the Supplier Equipment being replaced).


More Definitions of Supplier Equipment

Supplier Equipment means the equipment (if any) which Supplier installs on any Site for Supplier’s use for provision of the Services. “Supplier Software” means the software element of Supplier Equipment.
Supplier Equipment means, Supplier's equipment and hardware dedicated to the supply of Services to Customer, including but not limited to that equipment described in the Service Exhibit;
Supplier Equipment means any equipment, hardware, goods, systems, cabling or facilities provided by Supplier and used directly or indirectly in the supply of the Services (but not comprising the Equipment);
Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms
Supplier Equipment has the meaning given in clause 24(a).
Supplier Equipment means any equipment made available to the Client by the Supplier to enable the Client to access the Services. Supplier's System: the system to be used by the Supplier in performing the Managed Services, including the Hardware, any Third Party Services, the Client-side Equipment and communications links between the Hardware and the Client-side Equipment and the Client's Operating Environment. Term: means the Initial Term and any Renewal Term, as applicable. Third Party Supplier: any third party that supplies Third Party Services to the Supplier and/or the Client (as the case may be) during the provision of the Services. Third Party Services: any services, goods, code or software programs written or provided by a Third Party Supplier which are used by the Client during the provision of the Services. UK GDPR: the EU GDPR as it applies in the UK.
Supplier Equipment means that Equipment leased or owned by Supplier and Supplier Agents that is used by Supplier and Supplier Agents to provide the Services.
