Major Exchange definition

Major Exchange means a primary stock exchange, as determined by BNPP in its sole discretion.
Major Exchange means the NASDAQ or NYSE.
Major Exchange means, on the relevant calendar date, any of the three highest-volume Cryptocurrency exchanges and/or trading platforms that report prices for the applicable Cryptocurrency (as measured by the 30 calendar day average trading volume);

Examples of Major Exchange in a sentence

  • USD and non-USD common stock, provided such stock is (A) listed in the FTSE All-World Index, (B) traded on a Major Exchange in any country listed in the Eligible Country Table provided in Section 2(b) below, and (C) denominated in any currency listed in the Eligible Currency Table provided in Section 2(c) below.

  • Eligible Major Exchange Traded Securities, and/or Eligible U.S. Government Securities, that Borrower shall have presented its request for such advance to Bank not less than three (3) business days prior to the date of such advance, and that Borrower shall have executed such documentation, including a Reg.

  • Maintain all Eligible Major Exchange Traded Securities and Eligible U.S. Government Securities in either safekeeping accounts with Bank or brokerage accounts with an affiliate of JPMorgan Chase &Co.

  • In addition, except in the event of an act constituting willful misconduct on the part of Advisor, the Company agrees that it will not hold Advisor responsible in the event that the Going Public Transaction is not consummated, nor shall it hold Advisor liable for any damages suffered by the Company and/or its shareholders as a result of the Company’s inability to list its securities on either the OTC Marketplace or a Major Exchange.
