Major Exchange definition

Major Exchange means the NASDAQ or NYSE.
Major Exchange means a primary stock exchange, as determined by BNPP in its sole discretion.
Major Exchange means any one of the following securities exchanges or quotation systems: New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, American Stock Exchange or Pacific Stock Exchange.
