Major Route definition

Major Route. ’ means a route described as a ‘‘Major Route’’ in the Coastal Ferry Services Contract (including Schedule ‘‘A’’ to that contract), but in any event including any route between two Major Ferry Terminal Properties.
Major Route includes all of the following Designated Ferry Routes which form part of the Designated Ferry Route Group:
Major Route means a route or route group which has at least 40 hours per weekday of scheduled platform time at a specific base. After being given seven-days notice, an Operator not qualified on routes, as required in this AGREEMENT, may lose his/her daily guarantee and may not be permitted to work until s/he complies with the qualification requirements specified in this AgREEMENT. If a base does not have six major routes, then any Extra Board Operator at that base must qualify on at least six routes, including all major routes by the effective date of the shake-up. If the base does not have six routes s/he must qualify on all routes at the base.

Major Route means any designated ferry route identified as a major route in a Coastal Ferry Services Contract

  • Major project means a project comprising of a series of works, activities or services which is intended, in itself, to accomplish a definite and indivisible task of a precise economic or technical nature, which has clearly identified goals and whose total cost exceeds that which is specified in the Framework Agreement;

A 'transient space marketplace' shall not include an online marketplace operated by or on behalf of a hotel or hotel corporation that facilitates customer occupancy solely for the hotel or hotel corporation's owned or managed hotels and franchisees, and shall not include a travel agency or an online travel agency.

  • Major renovation means the renovation of a building where:

  • Major rail station means a railroad station located within a

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Major source means any stationary source (or any group of stationary sources that are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under common control of the same person [or persons under common control]) belonging to a single major industrial grouping and that are described in subsection (A), (B), or (C) of this definition. For the purposes of defining “major source,” a stationary source or group of stationary sources shall be considered part of a single industrial grouping if all of the pollutant emitting activities at such source or group of sources on contiguous or adjacent properties belong to the same Major Group (i.e., all have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1987.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses, Non-Dispatched Charging Energy, and Load Serving Charging Energy) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load. Network Load shall not include Dispatched Charging Energy.

  • Major Market means any of the following countries: the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere.

  • BASE STATION means the station as set out in Part-II (SOQ) hereof where the vehicle(s) / equipment shall be permanently based, (i.e. based for minimum period of 10 (Ten) days at a stretch) which may be changed at the discretion of the Company.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Private Cloud System (PCS) A cloud infrastructure provisioned for exclusive use by a single organization comprising multiple consumers (e.g., business units). It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.

  • Major Customer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.22(a).

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.

  • Major Tenants has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2.

  • Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.
