Majority Common Holders definition

Majority Common Holders means, at any time, the holders of a majority of the Common Units held by the Equityholders.
Majority Common Holders means, at any time, the holders of a majority of the shares of Common Stock then held by the Common Holders (but not including any Common Stock held by WCAS Holders or the XX XX Holders).

This Agreement is terminable, without penalty, on 60 days' written notice, by the Board of Directors of the Fund or by vote of holders of a majority of the Fund's shares, or upon 90 days' written notice, by the Adviser.
