Majority Common Holders definition

Majority Common Holders means, at any time, the holders of a majority of the Common Units held by the Equityholders.
Majority Common Holders means, at any time, the holders of a majority of the shares of Common Stock then held by the Common Holders (but not including any Common Stock held by WCAS Holders or the XX XX Holders).
