Majority Initial Class B Holders definition

Majority Initial Class B Holders means, at any time, the holders of a majority of the Class B Membership Interests then outstanding held by the Initial Class B Holders.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Majority Holders means the Holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount of Securities registered under a Registration Statement.
