Majority of Shareholders definition

Majority of Shareholders means those Shareholders who hold in the aggregate in excess of 50% of the New Preferred Shares held by all of the Shareholders.
Majority of Shareholders means (i) holders of at least a majority of the Registrable Shares then held by all Shareholders and (ii) holders of a majority of all Investor Shares (an "Investor Majority") as such.
Majority of Shareholders means any group of Shareholders representing a majority of the Preferred Stock then outstanding.
