Majority Warrantholders definition

Majority Warrantholders means the holders of a majority of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of all of the warrants issued pursuant to Section 1.02(b) of the Credit Agreement assuming the exercise of all such warrants.
Majority Warrantholders means the holders of a majority of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of all of the warrants issued pursuant the Purchase Agreement assuming the exercise of all such warrants.
Majority Warrantholders means at any time holders of more than 50% of the Warrants or, if the Warrants have been exercised, the Warrant Shares.

Examples of Majority Warrantholders in a sentence

  • The Majority Warrantholders shall be entitled at any time to remove the Warrant Agent and appoint a successor to such Warrant Agent.

  • Any supplement or amendment not covered by the preceding sentence shall require the consent of the Majority Warrantholders, the Company and the Warrant Agent.

More Definitions of Majority Warrantholders

Majority Warrantholders means the holders of more than 50% of the aggregate number of Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of (a) this Warrant and (b) any warrants issued upon the transfer of portions of this Warrant by the Warrantholder to other holders.
Majority Warrantholders means the holders of at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the Senior Warrants (based on the number of shares of Common Stock for which such Senior Warrants may be exercised).
Majority Warrantholders means the holders of a majority of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of all of the Company Warrants issued pursuant to the Investment Agreement assuming the exercise of all such Company Warrants.
